The Hudson family eats a lot of burritos. Here are a few of our favorite spots around the state of New Mexico.

    I'm LGH Hudson and I like bacon and egg burritos best. My favorite burrito is at Barrelas on 4th and Cesar Chavez.

    Barrelas Coffee House is in Albuquerque NM
    and The Blessing is in Hobbs, NM

    The Blessing is on Dal Paso. It's a little drive thru only burrito joint. The tortillas were home made, but a little thick for my taste. The chili was the Mexican picoso type, not the chopped chili or red sauce from New Mexcio.
